Roger Gordon is President and Chief Executive Officer of Banner responsible for global operations throughout the US, Europe, Mexico, Canada, India and Asia-Pacific.

Dr. Gordon joined Banner in August, 1999 as Senior Vice President of Research and Development, and has also served as Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing. Most recently, he was President of Banner, responsible for global sales and marketing. Prior to that, he was President of the US division, overseeing all aspects of the business. Dr. Gordon began his career with The Upjohn Company in 1981 as a research scientist, developing new products and drug delivery technologies. He progressed through the management ranks, and upon the merger of Upjohn and Pharmacia, he completed an overseas assignment in Stockholm, Sweden, where he headed up the Product Development organization and implemented global best practices such as technology transfer. Dr. Gordon holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy from Purdue University.
