High Point, North Carolina is the site of Banner’s corporate headquarters and state-of-the-art production facility. This facility has passed audits by many global pharmaceutical marketers. It is FDA- and MCA inspected, as well as inspected by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).

High Point is also home to our applications lab. Both the equipment and the processes used in this unique laboratory are entirely scalable, therefore success in the lab means a high likelihood of subsequent success in production. Banner’s advanced lab is wellsuited for feasibility studies, which can be implemented at our High Point facility at a fraction of the cost of a full-size development run.

Banner’s state-of-the-art potent compounding suite also resides in our High Point facility, complete with air-lock entry, an isolation chamber, encapsulation suite, and more. It is specifically designed to foster our commitment to researching, developing and producing unique oral dosage forms, such as our use of CaCo-2 cell lines to predict oral absorption of drug screening candidates. With the help of CaCo-2 cell in-vitro techniques, Banner scientists can predict the relative rate of gastrointestinal absorption of compounds in various formulation bases. It also allows for rapid in-house screening for fast analysis and decision-making on new formulations.
